Static QR codes never expire

About EasyQR Kit

Small tools, made dependable.

EasyQR Kit is a focused collection of QR and barcode utilities for everyday users, shops and small businesses.

What we believe

A utility should open quickly, explain itself clearly and work without an account. Static codes are created on your device so private information, including WiFi passwords and contact details, does not need to reach our servers.

What we build

Phase one stays focused on six QR and barcode tasks: generating general QR codes, scanning QR images and camera views, WiFi access, vCard contacts, website URLs and standard barcodes. We improve these core tools before expanding into other categories.

The site is available in English and Thai and works on phones, tablets and desktop browsers. Generators provide real-time previews and PNG or SVG exports; the scanner decodes locally and never opens a result automatically.

Who the tools are for

Individuals can share a link, contact or WiFi network without learning design software. Restaurants can prepare menu signs, shops can create counter cards and small teams can produce internal labels. Designers can place SVG exports in business cards, posters and packaging.

EasyQR Kit is not a product-number issuer, a dynamic QR management service or a customer database. Projects that need editable destinations, scan tracking or enterprise onboarding should evaluate a suitable managed service and its privacy terms.

How we test

EasyQR Kit applies automated tests to URL normalization, WiFi escaping, vCard output, input limits, EAN and UPC check digits, and uploaded-image dimensions. Before a QR export is enabled, the generated image is decoded again in the browser. Barcode users should still test a physical sample with the scanner and print process used in production.

Editorial and review policy

Each guide is written to answer a specific user problem, distinguish verified facts from practical recommendations and link to a primary technical source where one exists. Pages show a review date and are updated when the implementation, browser behavior or relevant standard changes.

Corrections are welcome at hello@easyqrkit.com. Useful reports identify the page, the sentence or behavior in question and a source or reproducible test when available.

Standards and sources

Our explanations follow primary references from DENSO WAVE's QR Code standards guide and GS1 barcode standards. WiFi and vCard explanations link to the format documentation used for those workflows.

How the site stays free

EasyQR Kit may use clearly labelled advertising after substantive page content. Ads are kept away from input, preview and download controls. You can choose essential-only privacy settings and still use every generator.
